Description of Gil Dental Clinic in Escazú

Once the decision was made to build the new clinic on the West side of San Jose, the process of designing the clinic began.  Dr. Gil credits his lovely wife for much of the design and her valuable input. Twice the couple traveled to Germany to dental trade show to learn about the latest available designs in furniture for dental clinics and practices in Europe. The materials chosen are certainly reflected in the Escazu clinic, through light and inviting colors, stainless steel and glass.

The concept chosen in furnishings and design were based on ease of cleaning so the clinic shines at all times. Falling in line with a high tech look and feel, the practical and functional furnishings have everything that a dental professional needs to perform treatments at their finger tips to best care for the patient.

The distribution of the clinic and the spaces were described by Dr. Gil to his architect, after extensive research on dental clinics in more developed nations choosing the best options for the needs of the clinic and it's patients.  

The dental treatment rooms are arranged in such a manner that the patient is looking out on to a relaxing garden scene, thick with tropical foliage located directly behind the clinic.

At both clinics an abundance of fresh flowers is present as a florist has been hired to decorate the waiting rooms and reception areas. The surrounding green areas outside of the clinics are meticulously maintained, all with the goal of making our patients visits to our clinics a true Costa Rican experience
