Digital X-Rays

Digital images have a greater resolution than conventional imaging, which allows for computerized zooming and manipulation. The latter fosters greater efficiency in the diagnostic process and decision making when performing our treatments.
Delays due to the analysis of x-rays are a thing of the past, thanks to digital x-rays. Now our patients can interact immediately with their dentist. This is a huge advantage for our patients since we can respond to consultations immediately and improve communication. Similarly, digital storage and formats permit us to send images taken during a consultation by e-mail.
A digital image will never lose its clarity, quality or resolution no matter the amount of time that has transpired between the taking of the image and its analysis, avoiding the need to repeat x-rays due to the passage of time.
Another important detail is the fact that digital x-rays require a lower dose of radiation, minimizing the risk of any damage resulting from an excessive number of x-rays.

Our patients can have immediate, in-house imaging performed. Three dimensional results are available in minutes for analysis and discussion.
