Dra. Antonieta Muñoz completed her undergraduate studies in Dentistry at the University of Costa Rica, graduating first in her class in 2003.
In 2004 Dra. Muñoz continued her studies at the University of Costa Rica, where she completed an internship in Endodontics. From 2006 to 2007, she completed her post graduate studies in Endodontics at the Javeriana University in Bogotá, Colombia, once again graduating first in her class.
Dra. Muñoz dedicates her time exclusively to her specialty, participating as a juror in several academic activities and serving as a lecturer in Costa Rica and in Latin America.
A member of the Costa Rican Endodontics Academy since 2009. Dra. Muñoz has taught Endodontics at the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT) in Costa Rica since 2011. Since 2012, she has worked as a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) for the endodontic product line of the Coltene Dental Brand and has been a member of the Academic Dental Council of the Costa Rican Dental Association since 2014.
At present, Dra. Muñoz is the President of the College of Dental Surgeons of Costa Rica.
