Glenda Umaña Alfaro received her Licentiate degree in Dentistry at the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT) where she graduated first in the Class of 2017. Since then, she has been working in private practice.
In 2021, Dr. Umaña began a 3-year postgraduate program in Prosthodontics at the University of Costa Rica, where she graduated in 2023.
Throughout her professional career, Dr. Umaña has been an active participant in national and international dental conferences. She has also received additional training related to her specialty in Prosthodontics. Since 2023, Dr. Umaña has worked a Professor in Restorative Dentistry at the School of Dentistry of the University of Costa Rica.
Currently, Dr. Umaña is completing her thesis at the University of Costa Rica and will soon have her Professional Masters degree in Prosthodontics.
